On the 49th anniversary of the Lebanese civil war, the NGO “Fighters for Peace” organized a march on Monday bringing together fighters who took part in the conflict. Made up of several stops, the march began at the National Museum and ended at Beit Beirut in the emblematic Sodeco district, which still bears the scars of the war that lasted from 1975 to 1990.
