Israeli aircraft carried out several raids on Thursday against the villages of Mays el-Jabal, Khiam, Yarine, and Dhayra. The last two were attacked twice during the day.

A three-story building in Dhayra was destroyed. Ambulances were rushed to the scene, but no casualties were reported.

Israeli artillery also shelled the outskirts of Jebbain, Ramya, and Khallet Warda.

In the evening, the Israeli Army announced that its fighter jets “bombed three Hezbollah military compounds in Mays el Jabal, Yarine, and Khiam, as well as a Hezbollah military observation post in the village of Marwahin.”

It also stated that it “carried out a series of raids to eliminate a threat in the Abou Chach region,” without specifying which threat.

For its part, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for several strikes against Israeli positions, notably at Samaka and Ramtha in the Kfarchouba and Bayad Blida hills.
