The Israeli army announced on Sunday morning that it targeted a cell in southern Lebanon that attempted to launch an anti-tank missile near Avivim. Israeli media reported that “three soldiers in the Israeli army were injured, one of them seriously, due to Hezbollah’s launch of a guided missile yesterday,” confirming that “14 new settlements located within 5 kilometers from the Lebanese border will be evacuated.”

Information indicates that Hezbollah fired several rockets towards Shebaa Farms, and the Israeli army responded to the source of the fire, announcing the “fall of six members in the Israeli shelling that targeted southern forces yesterday.”

The pro-Iranian formation also shelled the villages of al-Alam and Talat al-Samaqa and targeted an Israeli military site opposite the border town of Blida. It also targeted an Israeli surveillance and observation column opposite the area of Dabakeh in Mays al-Jabal and the al-Abbad military position opposite the town of Houla. On the other hand, the Israeli army targeted a house with an airstrike in the outskirts of the towns of Maroun and Yaroun in southern Lebanon. The Israeli army responded with guided missiles to the base and settlement of Hanita and used shelling against the hills of Kafr Shuba and Shebaa, the outskirts of the town of Helta, Shanooh, Rbaa al-Tebn and the outskirts of the town of Blida in the Marjayoun district.

Israeli media reported the launching of mortar shells in the Shebaa Farms, and the Israeli army responded by targeting the source of the fire and the outskirts of the town of Yaroun. A shell was launched from the Israeli Hmarieh site near Wazzani towards the plain of Khiam.

Once again, the Islamic Jihad group was present in the field events, and its military wing, the al-Fajr Brigades, announced that they had launched new missile strikes on Israeli sites.

Yesterday, tensions flared along the southern border as the Israeli army shelled many border areas, starting from the outskirts of the towns of Adaisseh and Maroun al-Ras in the western sector, using artillery and concentrated fire.
