The French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Catherine Colonna, announced her arrival in Beirut on Monday. Colonna posted a photo of Beirut from the plane on the X platform. She wrote, “In this already deeply troubled Lebanon, I will emphasize the need for all parties to take responsibility.”
She is scheduled to engage in discussions with senior officials and later hold a press conference at the Pine Residence.
