Lebanese champion Ray Bassil finished the first day of the women’s Olympic trap qualification with a result below her expectations.

After the end of the third round, Ray Bassil remains in 13th place, having hit 71 out of 75 targets. There are still 50 targets remaining, spread over two rounds.

Bassil has shown thorough preparation and strong determination in her quest to achieve the best possible result.

She has completed half of her main objective: the medal.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 31, she will compete in the second and final phase of the competition.

It should be noted that only the top six shooters out of 30 will qualify for the final.
