Kevin Gemayel, a 27-year-old Lebanese, has just achieved a milestone by receiving the “Top 50 Under 30” award from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In an interview with This is Beirut, Gemayel shared insights into his background, leadership skills, the challenges he’s faced, and his journey towards rebuilding Beirut. He is the first Lebanese recipient of this award. His commitment to “help rebuild a community” since the devastating 2020 Beirut Port explosion, when he was just 24 years old and a recent graduate, underscores his dedication and resilience.
