Lebanese international runner Mark Anthony Ibrahim (Let’s Run Club) won gold in the 400-meter hurdles at the “Grand Prix” in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ibrahim set the pace of the race, clocking 49.35 seconds, a record-breaking first for this race at the Dubai “Grand Prix.”

This was Ibrahim’s second personal best time under the supervision of national coach George Assaf, who accompanied him in this competition. By winning first place in the race, champion Ibrahim earned 60 points and advanced ten places in the international rankings, taking a big step towards qualifying for the Summer Olympics, to be held from July 26 to August 11 in the French capital, Paris.
