Israeli bombardments expanded on Thursday afternoon to several villages in the western sector, particularly the Naqoura area, Hamoul, Tayr Harfa, Alma al-Shaab, Hula, Wadi Saluki, Aitaroun and Wadi al-Zarqa in the Tyre district. The shelling led to fires in the wooded areas and olive groves near homes in Alma al-Shaab, which were extinguished by firefighting teams. Moreover, an Israeli guided missile targeted an empty house in the town of Yarine, completely destroying it.

For its part, Hezbollah claimed several attacks. It announced an aerial attack with a swarm of kamikaze drones on the newly established headquarters of the artillery battalion command of the 146th Brigade south of Kabri. It also announced targeting newly established spy equipment at the Hadb Yarin site and bombarding the Shatula settlement. Additionally, it announced targeting an Israeli soldier deployment around the Zarit barracks with a heavy Burkan missile.

Earlier in the morning, the southern and eastern outskirts of Mays al-Jabal were targeted by phosphorus artillery bombardments, while a number of interceptor missiles exploded in the airspace of the village and its surroundings, causing fires.

The surrounding areas of Hula, Wadi Saluki, Tayr Harfa, Ain al-Zarka, Alma al-Shaab, Wadi Hamoul, Naqoura and Aitaroun were also subjected to 155 mm artillery bombardment, setting fire to forests and olive groves in Naqoura and Alma al-Shaab, where the Civil Defense rushed into action.

Several other towns and villages have suffered the same fate, including the outskirts of Naqoura, Jabal al-Labbouneh, Alma al-Shaab, Tayr Harfa, Dhayra, Aita al-Shaab, and a hill between Kfarchouba and Hebbariyeh, where shepherds managed to escape the attacks.

On the Israeli side, Israeli media reported a drone explosion in Western Galilee, injuring several people, including one in serious condition.
