Former Judge Malik Saibi was appointed as acting General Inspector of the Judicial Inspection Authority, following the cabinet’s approval in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Judicial Law.
The decree for Saibi’s appointment was approved by the cabinet on March 19, following the endorsement by the Supreme Judicial Council on December 14, 2023.
