Clashes in southern Lebanon resumed early on Monday morning after an intense night of exchange of fire between Israel and Hezbollah.

According to Israeli Channel 12, 8 missiles were launched from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee.

In response, the Israeli army shelled a wooded area between the towns of Tayr Harfa and Chameh and conducted an air raid on the outskirts of the town of Marwahin.

Hezbollah released a statement announcing the deaths of three of its fighters.

Multiple Israeli airstrikes targeted residences in Yaroun on Sunday night, resulting in several injuries. Flares were launched throughout the night over bordering villages adjacent to the Blue Line.

Israeli artillery also bombarded the outskirts of Maroun al-Ras and Rmeish, as well as other villages in the western and central sectors of southern Lebanon.
