A rather tense calm prevailed on Sunday morning in southern Lebanon, marked by anticipation and extreme caution.

An Israeli drone targeted a commercial establishment, Bilal Ghayth Cooperative, at the intersection of Tayr Harfa – Jebbine in southern Lebanon early this morning, causing significant damage to it along with neighboring establishments.

Despite the calm prevailing in the region since midnight, sporadic reconnaissance flights of Israeli spy aircraft, type MQ, occasionally breached the airspace over Beirut, Saida, Hasbaya and the Shebaa Farms, extending to the western Bekaa Valley and Iqlim al-Tuffah region.
