Hafez Zakour, lawyer of former Central Bank Governor Riad Salameh, filed an appeal against the Beirut Indictment Chamber before the General Assembly of the Court of Cassation.
The Indictment Chamber is to hold a meeting on Tuesday to decide what action to take in the case against Salameh.
According to Zakour, Salameh’s hearing, which is scheduled for Tuesday, will be postponed.
