The new Qatari Ambassador, Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Faisal Al-Thani, arrived in Beirut on Monday.
He was greeted by the representative of outgoing Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib and diplomats from Arab countries in Lebanon on his arrival at Beirut international airport.
