Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Lebanon Walid Boukhari affirmed his solidarity with the families of the victims of the August 4 explosion.
“We share their pain and know how much they seek the truth,” he said in a tweet on Friday.
Ashraf Rifi, deputy for Tripoli and member of the Renewal Bloc in the Lebanese Parliament, also said on Friday on Lubnan Al-Hurr Radio that he stands with the victims’ families and reiterated his support for “an international investigation” to uncover the truth.
