After extending its network to regions such as Koura, Tripoli, and Akkar, this “financial institution” of the pro-Iranian militia is broadening its influence across the country, seemingly without concern from the authorities. Despite a complaint being lodged, Judge Ghada Aoun, who seems overly focused on her crusade against legal banks, has decided not to investigate this matter.
