This complaint, lodged by Ms. Rollin, a woman in her sixties, attributes to the Delon offspring responsibility for alleged violence inflicted upon her by their security personnel on the 5th of July, 2023. This presumed assault took place while she was being kept at bay from the actor’s residence, located in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret), according to a statement issued by the Public Prosecutor of Montargis.

As proposed by the prosecution, the indictment of slanderous denunciations aims to contest the veracity of the declarations made in the two initial complaints lodged by the Delon family. The aspect of the complaint concerning theft pertains to the Delon children’s alleged failure to return some of Ms. Rollin’s possessions.

Jean-Cédric Gaux, the Public Prosecutor, has entrusted the investigation to the Orleans Research Section and the Montargis Research Brigade. This inquiry falls under a separate procedure than the one launched on the 6th of July, following the initial two complaints from the Delon offspring.

In the aftermath of the incidents on the 5th of July, Ms. Rollin’s attorney, Mr. Yassine Bouzrou, announced his client’s intention to file a complaint following the alleged violence she suffered.

In the complaint, Ms. Rollin, aged 66, asserts that she was forcibly expelled from the property by Anouchka, Alain-Fabien, and Anthony Delon, assisted by bodyguards. She contends that the Delon children, taking advantage of her absence, devised a stratagem to bar her from returning to the house where she has resided for 17 years.

According to Ms. Rollin’s account, upon her return from an errand, she found the entrances to the property blocked and guarded by security agents. She managed to enter by scaling an unguarded fence, only to be swiftly intercepted by security agents and the Delon children. Allegedly, she was rough-handled by the security agents and forcefully removed from the premises.

Apparently shaken, Ms. Rollin claims to have been forcefully taken to the Montargis Agglomeration Hospital Center, where she endured violence from firefighters and gendarmes. At the hospital, she was prescribed a five-day temporary incapacity for work (ITT) due to reddening on both forearms, abdomen, and thorax.

The complaint goes beyond the events of July 5th, questioning the veracity of the allegations made by the Delon children and classifying them as “slanderous denunciation.”

Ms. Rollin categorically denies having perpetrated acts of moral harassment and violence against Mr. Delon, just as she rebuts the accusations of fraudulent abuse of the film legend’s state of weakness.

She avows that she has “never used the actor’s payment methods” except for “routine expenses made in the interest of their household.” According to the complaint, representing Ms. Rollin as the “companion” aims to rule out “any justification for the expenses that may have been incurred in the context of a long-lasting romantic and cohabiting relationship.”

Subject to two complaints for moral harassment filed by Alain Delon’s children, Hiromi Rollin’s suburban Paris home was raided on Wednesday morning before she was heard in a free hearing for six hours in Montargis.

The Delon family condemns the “denigrating and aggressive attitude” of this woman towards their father, according to a statement from the Public Prosecutor’s office issued in early July, specifying that Alain Delon, aged 87 and victim of a stroke in 2019, had associated himself with the complaint.

Anthony Delon has also lodged a second complaint for “willful violence and sequestration on a vulnerable person, abuse of weakness, and moral harassment.”
