Renewal bloc MP Fouad Makhzoumi was optimistic after a meeting on Tuesday of several parliamentary blocs with the Quintet’s ambassadors at the Egyptian ambassador’s residence, stressing that the initiative led by the five-nation group for ending the presidential deadlock is moving forward. Makhzoumi stressed that his bloc supports any initiative that aligns with the Constitution and the Taif Accord.
