Tensions between Hezbollah and Israel continue to escalate along the Lebanon-Israel border.

In the early hours of Thursday, the Israeli Army fired heavy machine guns toward forests near Naqoura in the western sector.

Israeli warplanes also targeted the village of Maroun al-Ras, destroying a house in the process.

In response, Hezbollah announced that it had launched heavy artillery shells at the Bayad Blida site at dawn.

On Wednesday night, Israeli reconnaissance aircraft conducted flights over villages in the western and central sectors, extending their reach to the Litani River banks and the coastline. Israeli drones were also seen over the towns of Tyre and Bint Jbeil.
