Executive Director of the Civic Influence Hub and Public Policy Expert Ziad el-Sayegh revealed to “Political Pulse” that Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati will submit the same plan he submitted 12 years ago regarding the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon. He also severely criticized the caretaker government for its populist approach in handling this issue.
