On the occasion of celebrations for the Italian National Day, the Italian Cultural Institute in Beirut presents two concerts by Les Cordes Résonnantes, conducted by Joe Daou featuring Mario Rahi (violin). The ensemble will perform “The Four Seasons” by the Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi in the Saint John-Marc Church in Byblos on Sunday, June 4th at 08:30 p.m., and in the Ancient Citadel of Tripoli on Tuesday, June 6th at 07:00 p.m.

Les Cordes Résonnantes, founded in 2018, is a Lebanese based Classical Chamber Ensemble which focuses on performing a Baroque Repertoire and a wider classical repertory of different musical genres. Their mission is to carve a path for Lebanese professional musicians and to spread classical music across all of Lebanon.
