Israeli warplanes initiated airstrikes on Friday, on Al-Qasr Town in Hermel on the borders between Lebanon and Syria, which is held by Hezbollah.

The explosions and fuming of smoke were witnessed from Al-Ma’ariya Village in Al-Qaseer countryside which is also held by the Lebanese militant group, and is nearly two kilometers away from the targeted area.

SOHR activists reported that the Hezbollah members’ deaths has increased to six including three Syrian members, due to Israeli airstrikes on a convoy of trucks near Al-Qusayr area near the Syria-Lebanon border.

Meanwhile, the fate of a seventh Syrian member remains unknown, as it is unclear if his body was completely burned as a result of the strike.

This attack coincided with the firing of anti-aircraft missiles in a failed attempt to counter the Israeli airstrikes.
