The Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) in Geneva has rendered a decision in favor of the Saudi club al-Fateh in its dispute against the Croatian player Darko Planinić, thanks to the remarkable efforts of the Lebanese lawyer Ralph Charbel.
Maître Charbel was able to convince the court with solid legal arguments presented in his response brief, demonstrating his expertise and mastery of international sports law.
Furthermore, the court ordered the Croatian player to reimburse the Saudi club for legal fees as well as the Swiss court costs, further highlighting the impact of Maître Charbel’s advocacy.
