Bombing on the southern front resumed on the morning of Monday, November 6, with the Israeli army targeting the vicinity of Naqoura and Labbouneh.

Israeli reconnaissance planes have been flying over villages in the western and central sectors, reaching as far as Tyre and the Litani River since the early hours of the morning.

According to certain reports, the Israeli army has asked the residents of Upper Galilee to seek refuge in shelters in anticipation of a “security incident.”

In response to the situation, the British Foreign Office announced on Monday that it had temporarily withdrawn some of its staff from its embassy in Beirut.

Meanwhile, following the death of four civilians, including three children, in the village of Ainata, whose car was targeted by Israel, schoolchildren observed a minute of silence on Monday morning, at the call of caretaker Education Minister Abbas Halabi. In response to this attack, Hezbollah fired several Grad (Katyusha) rockets at the settlement of Kiryat Shmona, asserting that its response to aggression against civilians will be “firm and powerful.”

It should also be noted that Sunday night was marked by tensions, with the Israeli army firing flare bombs until dawn on the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Alma al-Shaab and Aita al-Shaab.
