A graduation ceremony for the Lebanon Export Academy will be held on May 25 at Le Royal Hotel in Dbayeh, where  business leaders and company beneficiaries will receive their diplomas, making them officially ready to launch their export plans.

The graduation ceremony of the participants of Batches 2 and 3 will also serve as an opportunity to shed light on Lebanon Export Academy’s achievements, present its new and innovative digital e-learning platform, and highlight the importance of exports for Lebanon’s economic recovery.

The Lebanon Export Academy is a one-of-its-kind academy in Lebanon. It was established by UNIDO and UNDP in partnership with Berytech as part of the UN Productive Sectors Development Program (PSDP), generously funded by the Government of Canada (PSDP United Nations in Lebanon).

The academy was set up with the goal of developing and boosting the export capacity of Lebanese businesses in the agri-food and agriculture sectors. It equips female and male-led agri-food Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s), cooperatives, and start-ups in Lebanon with the required know-how and practical export skills to scale up their operations, become export ready, and expand to international markets.
