A delegation from the Lebanese national swimming team travelled to Qatar to take part in the World Championships, which run from February 10 to 19. The delegation is made up of the federation’s secretary general, Farid Abi Rached (head of delegation), national coach Elie Boutros, and swimmers Mounzer Kabbara, competing in the 100-meter breaststroke and 200-meter medley events, Ahmad Safiya, competing in the 100-meter and 200-meter backstroke events, Rebecca Mezher, competing in the 100-meter freestyle and 100-meter butterfly events, and Lana Hijazi, competing in the 200-meter and 800-meter freestyle events.
