The Lebanese Cycling Federation organized a time trial as part of the 2023 Lebanese Road Race Championships. The competition, which took place in the Beirut River area (al-Nahr) on a closed circuit (32.8 kilometers for the Elite category and 24.6 kilometers for the Masters category), saw the participation of forty cyclists affiliated with federated clubs as well as teams belonging to the Lebanese army and the Internal Security Forces (ISF).

In the Masters category, Hagop Kechichian (Homentmen-Beirut) was crowned champion, covering the 24.6 km in 35 min 53 sec. Jean Wehbé (Aley Cycling Club) took second place with 37 min 34 sec, and Fadi el-Mir (Aley Cycling Club) completed the podium with 38 min 08 sec.

In the Elite category, Nizar el-Qadi (Lebanese Army) took the title, clocking 47 min 40 sec over the 32.8 km distance. Karim Chehadé (Aley Cycling Club) took second place with 49 min 03 sec, while Ali el-Zoghbi (Lebanese Army) came in third with 49 min 14 sec.
