Local TV station MTV reported that a boat carrying 20 Syrians headed from the Syrian coast towards Cyprus four days ago was pursued by the Cypriot navy. The boat later reached the Lebanese coast at the Arida border.
To that end, and as part of the cooperation between the two sides, the Lebanese navy handed it over to the Syrian navy.
