Tele Liban emloyees initiated a sit-in protest to raise concern regarding the low wages they receive and the unfulfilled promises from the Lebanese government. The leader of the union of Tele Liban employees, Hanna Boueri, tells This is Beirut that all they are asking for as employees is an adequate increase in salaries since no employee gets paid more than 5,000,000 Lebanese Lira.
