The Baalbeck International Festival finally took place, albeit far from the City of the Sun. On Thursday evening, at the Caracalla Theatre in Beirut, Charbel Rouhana, accompanied by his Lebanese sextet, and the Trio Joubran, enchanted the audience, giving pride of place to the oud, an instrument symbolizing peace and harmony.
