The Catholic Gathering called for the protection of properties ahead of restoration and reconstruction projects following the return of war-displaced individuals.
In a statement published on Tuesday, it emphasized the necessity for property owners to submit supporting documents or proof of ownership to the government and the Ministry of Finance.
This procedure aims, according to the statement, to avoid potential encroachments or any “error, seizure, confiscation or possession through force, fraud, forgery, mistake or deceit.”
