The FIFA Football Tribunal rendered its decision in favor of the Lebanese Coach Wael Gharzeddine, represented by the International Sports Lawyer Ralph Charbel, in the case opposing him to Etihad Club from Jordan.
The FIFA Football Tribunal decided that Etihad Club has to pay to Coach Wael Gharzeddine outstanding payments, compensation for the unilateral termination without just cause of his contract and default interests.
This decision constitutes the biggest Lebanese victory ever in a dispute before FIFA.
