Air France and Transavia flights to Beirut will resume by Thursday, following a suspension since July 29 due to the security situation in Lebanon, a spokesperson for both airlines said on Wednesday.

In a press release, Air France stated, “Given recent developments in the security situation at the final destination, the airline plans to resume its flights between Charles de Gaulle Airport and Beirut, suspended since July 29, 2024, starting Thursday, August 15, 2024.”

The spokesperson confirmed that this decision also applies to Transavia.
