A European diplomat maintains that the Cold War phase is over, and that the time has come for a new phase in the world, generated by new alliances that have emerged, in particular, since the war in Ukraine. The conflict has altered many facts and pushed towards a new phase in which the United States, China, India and Russia, as well as other countries, could play a leading role.
At the same time, an Arab official asserts that, following the ceasefires in Gaza and South Lebanon, the region will enter a new phase of peace, security, stability and complete normalization of relations between the different parties, while the events taking place currently in certain countries are preliminary steps towards this next phase.
With this in mind, utions and laws, as well as the constitutions of certain countries, could be reviewed in light of the anticipated change and projected normalization that would follow the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, according to the official.
