Escalation continued between the Israeli Army and Hezbollah on Monday afternoon, as Israeli warplanes breached the sound barriers four consecutive times in the skies of Rashaya and the west Bekaa.

Earlier, Israeli warplane attacks on Hula resulted in the deaths of three Hezbollah fighters, who were mourned by the party.

In addition, the Israeli Army declared “bombing a Hezbollah military building in Blida, southern Lebanon.”

This morning, Israeli warplanes shelled Kfarkila, Al-Zuhur, and Al-Masil with two consecutive strikes.

A house in Al-Bayada, Tyre caza, was also raided by the Israeli air force, with no casualties reported.

On Sunday, the Israeli Army announced that 18 soldiers were injured after a drone attack on their base in the occupied Golan Heights on the Lebanese border, one of whom is in serious condition.

Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the attack, claiming it was “targeting an Israeli military position in retaliation for previous Israeli strikes.”

The Israeli military also announced “shelling a series of Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon in the past few hours, including operational sites in Markaba and a rocket launcher in Aita al-Shaab.”
