Israeli artillery targeted wide areas in southern Lebanon with toxic white phosphorus shells on Friday evening.

In a rapidly evolving situation along the Lebanese-Israeli border, the conflict intensified with Israeli artillery targeting the northern outskirts of Khiam and Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced the targeting of the Rweissat al-Alam site with precision weapons, resulting in direct hits.

The Israeli offensive persisted with artillery strikes hitting the outskirts of Maroun al-Ras and causing damage to a residential dwelling in Aitaroun. The conflict expanded as the Israeli military targeted Ibil as-Saqy – Jal al-Qana, intensifying hostilities along the border.

In a significant move, Israeli forces directed artillery fire at the highest floor of a building near the Fatima Gate. This strike did not result in any casualties.

The town of Kfar Kila faced intense artillery bombardment, with shells targeting an empty house. Wadi Hunin was also hit by phosphorus shelling.

The Israeli military extended its offensive to Tel al-Turkman – Odaisseh, employing incendiary shelling and renewing attacks on nearby towns such as Hula, Markaba, and Odaisseh.

Reports also indicated that Israeli forces targeted the Lebanese army center in Sarda and the Ras al-Zahour area west of Mays al-Jabal with artillery shells.

On the other hand, Hezbollah claimed a direct hit on an Israeli tank near the Brannit military base, which houses the command headquarters of the 91st Division.

In a reciprocal exchange, Hezbollah shelled the Misgav Am settlement, and the Israeli army fired artillery strikes in the vicinity of Odaisseh.

The situation remains highly volatile, with the latest reports indicating that Hezbollah targeted a special forces group near the Manara Forest resulting in confirmed injuries.

Additionally, an Israeli march targeted the outskirts of Aita al-Shaab and Al-Abad, extending towards the Ma’salibiyyat area in the towns of Hula, Odaisseh, and Kfar Kila with multiple artillery shells.

On Friday, three Israelis were reported injured following an anti-tank missile attack on the Israeli side of the border, according to Israeli media Yedioth Ahronoth. Hezbollah claimed responsibility, citing the targeting of an Israeli military gathering in the vicinity of the Moutla site with two incursion drones, resulting in confirmed injuries.

The latest developments include an Israeli airstrike between the towns of Zibqin and Tayr Harfa.
