Speaker of the Parliament Nabih Berri has scheduled a session for Tuesday, October 17, to elect members of the bureau and parliamentary committees.
Sessions of the Lebanese Parliament are being boycotted by opposition MPs, who argue that the National Assembly’s priority should be to elect a president of the republic.
