Lebanese Forces MP Fady Karam stated to “Political Pulse” that French Special Envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian’s third visit will not be successful because most of the opposition MPs do not agree to attend dialogue sessions.
Karam also highlighted that the confrontations taking place in the Palestinian refugee camp of Ain el-Helweh are provoked by Iran and that the Lebanese state remains incapable of putting an end to the armed attacks within the camp.
