As the start of the new school year draws near, parents dreadfully walk through library aisles. The prices of school books have considerably increased compared to last year amid a significant rise in tuition fees, which have more than doubled between 2021 and 2023 for certain schools. According to UNICEF, 52% of parents have reduced their educational expenditure in 2023. This reduction in expenses, made necessary by the economic crisis, often comes at the expense of the quality of education.
