The two ministerial sessions devoted to the 2023 budget, scheduled for this Wednesday and Thursday, have been postponed until next Thursday, according to al-Joumhouria, citing ministerial sources.

The two sessions would take place on the same day. The morning session would discuss the 2023 budget bill. The afternoon session would deal with a series of tax and administrative issues.

The reason for the postponement is the lack of a quorum, given the absence of the Ministers of Economy and Agriculture, Amine Salam and Abbas el-Hage, respectively.
