As the death toll reached at least eleven people and more than 40 wounded as per Dorothee Klaus, director of Unrwa in Lebanon, in the deadly clashes at the Palestinain’s refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh near Saida, hundreds of families were forced to flee their homes.

The violent clashes between Islamist factions, close to Hamas who is allied with Hezbollah, and the Fatah Movement erupted on Saturday 29 July and are still escalating despite calls for a ceasefire and a humanitarian truce on Monday.
