First investigating judge in North Lebanon, Samaranda Nassar, issued on Thursday, August 3, an arrest warrant against Lynn Taleb’s maternal grandmother, Hayat Toufic el-Rezz, on charges of withholding information and delaying the little girl’s admission to a hospital.
Taleb, 5, passed away at the beginning of July. According to two separate medical reports, the little girl had been sexually assaulted before her death.
Three weeks after her death, the investiagtion led to the arrest of Taleb’s mother and maternal grandfather.
