First investigative judge for North Lebanon, Samaranda Nassar, issued arrest warrants on Thursday for the mother and maternal grandfather of Lynn Taleb, who passed away at the age of five following repeated rape.
Lynn Taleb and her mother had spent eight days at her maternal grandfather’s home in Menniye, following her parents’ divorce. Two separate medical reports had previously confirmed that the little girl had been sexually assaulted before she died.
As such, the mother and grandfather have been arrested three weeks after the girl’s death.
