On Saturday, the Lebanese army announced on its Twitter account the launch of a five-year plan (2022-2027) aiming to “strengthen the capacity-building of its troops.”

The plan also includes a communications strategy for 2023. According to the text, the plan was launched during a meeting held at the Officers’ Club in Yarzé in the presence of military attachés, representatives of donor countries and international organizations, and a large number of officers.
