3. Trump Warns Iran: “Massive Armada” Headed Your Way

President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Iran on Wednesday on his Truth Social account, saying a large U.S. naval force is en route and urging Tehran to negotiate a deal to halt its nuclear ambitions.

Trump described the deployment as an “Armada” moving quickly toward Iran, and emphasized the fleet’s power and readiness. “A massive Armada is heading to Iran. It is moving quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose.”

He said the fleet, led by the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, is larger than the force previously sent to Venezuela and is prepared to act decisively if necessary. “Like with Venezuela, it is ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary.”

Trump urged Iran to negotiate a “fair and equitable” deal that would prevent the development of nuclear weapons. “Hopefully Iran will quickly ‘Come to the Table’ and negotiate a fair and equitable deal — NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS — one that is good for all parties.”

He also warned that time is running out and referenced past threats of military action. Trump referenced a previous operation he said targeted Iran and suggested a future strike could be worse.

“They didn’t, and there was ‘Operation Midnight Hammer,’ a major destruction of Iran. The next attack will be far worse! Don’t make that happen again.”
