An Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle on Tuesday morning in the village of Rechknanay in the caza of Tyre, killing Khodor Hachem, according to the al-Markazia agency. Israeli media, citing an Israeli official, reported that the target was a senior commander of Hezbollah’s al-Radwan force.
The attack took place as a Hermes 450 drone flew over Tyre and nearby villages.
Despite the ceasefire in place since late November, Israeli-targeted attacks continue. Last week, the Israeli Army announced it had killed a Hezbollah member in eastern Lebanon, accusing him of involvement in arms trafficking from Syria in “violation” of the truce.
