An Israeli drone bombed a car in the town of Bani Hayan in the caza of Marjayoun on Tuesday, in yet another violation of the precarious ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel. The town of Shebaa was targeted by Israeli artillery several times.

Furthermore, soldiers of the 769th Brigade “discovered and destroyed a Hezbollah weapon depot in the Wadi al-Salouki region,” according to Israeli army spokesperson Avichae Adraee.

In a tweet on X, Adraee revealed that Israeli forces carried out combing operations in the same area last week and discovered a hidden warehouse containing “a large number of weapons, launchers, and rockets.”

“The arms’ depot was destroyed and all the weapons found were confiscated,” he added.

Meanwhile, in cooperation with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), the Lebanese Army (LAF) began establishing positions in the Tyre caza, around the town of Shamaa.

The Lebanese army entered the town as the Israeli troops pulled out from the area, following contacts established by the five-member international committee tasked with overseeing the application of the ceasefire accord.

The army command also called on citizens not to approach the area until the deployment is completed.

On the other hand, the engineering regiment of the Lebanese army detonated unexploded ordinances in the town of Taybeh in the northern Bekaa.
