Tilda Abou Rizk's Brie Christmas Trees
Ingredients for 16 skewers :
- 1 Brie cheese
- 100g dried fruit mix (raisins, almonds, walnuts)
- Honey
- Salt sticks
Preparation:
- Start by coarsely chopping the dried fruit with a knife.
- Cut the brie into 8 pieces and cut each piece into 2 thick slices.
- Stick a salted stick into each piece.
- Dip the pieces of brie in the honey (not on the crust side) then dip them in the dried fruit.
- Place on a serving dish and you're ready to go!
Tips:
- Add the dried fruit of your choice
- You can prepare the brochettes up to 1 hour in advance, but keep them at room temperature, as the honey will become too liquid due to the dampness of the fridge.
