For the third consecutive day, Israeli bulldozers demolished several neighborhoods and homes in Naqoura, southern Lebanon, as well as in the vicinity of the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in the same area. While bombardments continued in Tyre, the Israeli Army carried out strikes in the localities of Tayr Harfa, Jebbayn, and Chihine, destroying several houses.
The Israeli Army also reported that a group of Israeli citizens had crossed the border into Lebanon and set up tents in the Maroun al-Ras area. An investigation has been opened to determine the ins and outs of this case.
