- At Least Five Killed in the Israeli Airstrike in Zokak el-Blat

At least five people were killed, and 24 others were wounded, according to an initial report published by the Lebanese ministry of Health, in an Israeli airstrike on the neighborhood of Zokak el-Blat in the heart of Beirut, on Monday evening. Two missiles were launched at a building near Al-Zahra Husseiniya, hitting the office of a Mokhtar, Hassan Shuman, and a café. Ambulances rushed to the area. The rescue operation is still ongoing.
According to Israeli media, the target was a Hezbollah operation room.
On Sunday, the Israeli army launched two raids in the areas of Ras el-Nabeh and Mar Elias, targeting two Hezbollah’s officials. Mohammad Afif, a media officer, was killed in Ras el-Nabeh. Mahmoud Madi was targeted in Mar Elias, but his fate remains unknown. According to the Lebanese ministry of Health, seven people were killed in Ras el-Nabeh and 16 others were wounded. In Mar Elias, three were killed and 29 others were wounded.
