Hundreds of Hezbollah members were simultaneously injured on Tuesday in an unprecedented technological Israeli attack across Lebanon.
For this reason, the Ministry of Public Health has called on all medical personnel to urgently go to their workplaces to help provide emergency care to the many affected people who are being transported to hospitals.
The ministry also called on citizens who gathered on the roads to clear the way to facilitate the passage and circulation of ambulances as well as the transport of the injured. It also called for collaboration with the Lebanese Red Cross to encourage blood donations, in anticipation of the potential need for blood units for the victims.
The ministry also stressed the need for all hospitals to receive the injured and guarantee their prompt treatment at public expense.
